If you are trying to contact us about one of the 'free games', we do not provide any support for these games. If you send a support message about such games we are unable to send a reply. Not receiving replies from SmallRockets?

We generally aim to reply to any message within 3 working days. Occassionally we get a large influx of mail and it can take longer. If you do not receive a reply within a week, then there may be another problem.

Note that you can always access your SmallRockets mail messages directly on the SmallRockets website by going to the account pages. If there is no reply there - then no reply has been sent.
